Maundy Thursday Service

The service on this night commemorates the supper Jesus had with his disciples before the crucifixion when Jesus washed their feet. Six United Methodist Church congregations including Howard Chapel UMC, Jennings Chapel UMC, Lisbon UMC, Morgan Chapel UMC, Mt. Olive UMC, and Poplar Springs UMC will join us during Holy Week to remember the Washing of the Feet and Last Supper of Jesus Christ with his apostles. This service takes place on the fifth day of Holy Week, following Holy Wednesday and preceding Good Friday.
